Course Description
Good supervisors practice "performance management" every day, ensuring their employees have the knowledge, skills and tools to achieve the organization's goals. This introductory-level course considers varied elements of performance management. Learn best practices to encourage and recognize positive behavior and when to use constructive criticism when changes should be made.

- Consider the advantages and disadvantages of different performance appraisal methods
