Course Description


Learn how to attract and recruit the best candidates for your organization and best practices to manage each step in the recruitment process, including reaching out to candidates, encouraging them to apply, and gathering and screening applications. Understand how to write job descriptions that attract the right candidates, the components of a fair and transparent selection process, how to manage communication at each step of recruitment, plus technology and analytics tools to streamline your work.

  • Explain how the recruitment budget, industry, and type of opening affect candidate outreach
  • Write effective job descriptions that attract the right candidates

  • Explain how to make the application process accessible and outline methods to support diversity and inclusion in recruitment
  • Describe how to communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Calculate metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
  • Follow ethical and legal guidelines when recruiting and hiring candidates
