Course Description
Learn about the best practices for the systems that enable talent management: building a talent pipeline, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Understand how to identify high-potential employees and the benefits of adopting high-performance work practices. With efficient systems in place, you will be able to effectively attract deploy and retain the talent needed for your organization to achieve its strategic goals.
