Course Description
HR plays a key role in helping organizations train and retain the employees needed to achieve an organization's strategic goals. Learn about common frameworks for developing a strategic plan and techniques you can use to develop and manage talent to further your strategic goals. Gain an understanding of the key HR functions of training and development, performance management, performance appraisal, succession planning, and identifying high-potential employees.

- Describe the role of learning and development in reskilling and upskilling
- Identify training options used to develop and retain employees
