PSC175 - Supporting Holistic Employee Wellness
Course Description
Discover management practices that contribute to an inclusive organizational culture that supports your employees' wellness and well-being, including clear communication, support for individuals who experience burnout or mental-health issues, steps to improve work-life balance, employee recognition programs, and effective change management.
Learner Outcomes
After completing this course, you'll be able to:
- Explore techniques for assessing employee wellness and describe some red flags that indicate burnout, stress, or toxic work culture
- Explain how organizational culture and inclusivity support wellness
- Describe ways to communicate policies and raise awareness about wellness in the workplace
- Provide techniques for supporting workers who have experienced stress, burnout, or trauma
- Describe the relationship between effective change management and employee wellness
