Course Description
Ensure your organization's success by developing and managing an effective hiring plan and process. Learn how to determine staff needs, recruit qualified candidates, conduct effective interviews and select the best candidate for each role. Understand the hiring process from beginning to end—from developing a hiring plan through the onboarding process.
The success of an organization is entirely dependent on its people. An organization's mission can only be achieved through the hard work of talented, dedicated employees, which is why hiring is a crucial task that organizations must get right.

- Define common stages of the hiring process
- Identify the role that HR professionals play in the hiring process
- Describe the various options an organization has for meeting its work requirements
- Identify necessary components of a job description
- List the elements of an effective recruitment strategy
