Explore and strengthen skills to help you succeed and thrive in the classroom, your future career and beyond.  Gain insights about your personal strengths and techniques to overcome obstacles.  In individual and small group activities, cultivate mental processes to improve communication, collaboration and critical thinking. Learn to listen, speak and use non-verbal communication tactics, take a healthy approach to social media platforms, and tackle frustration and challenging situations successfully.
