Course Description
Learn how to position your organization to attract outstanding candidates, from honing your employer brand, creating an attractive employee value proposition, and building a qualified talent pool. Examine the aspects of candidate sourcing and how to develop a sourcing strategy. Through case studies, apply what you've learned in real-world scenarios. Tuition also includes downloadable materials to keep after you complete the course.
Learner Outcomes
After completing this course, you'll be able to:
- Develop a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent
- Craft an effective employee value proposition (EVP) that highlights the unique benefits of working for your organization
- Describe popular sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Build and nurture a talent pool even when there are no immediate openings
- Use information from a workforce needs assessment to build a strong sourcing strategy
- Gather data and track metrics to develop an effective sourcing strategy
- Apply diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles to attract a more diverse workforce
